History
I have been walking the streets of San Francisco for forty years, and now that I am happily retired, I would love to share my love for this city with you. So please join me on one of my two walking tours.
The Downtown Tour
This tour starts at Portsmouth Square, where the city began; meanders through Chinatown, Union Square, past Lotta's Fountain on Market Street, ending at the Palace Hotel. It's a little over a mile, flat, and takes about one hour and forty-five minutes. I can customize this tour to fit your needs.
The Fillmore Tour
The Fillmore Tour starts at O'Farrell and Fillmore in the heart of the historic Jazz District, then goes through Japan Town, past the Victorians, ending at Fillmore and Broadway, the height of Pacific Heights. Two miles, slight incline, one hour and forty-five minutes.
